Our local chapter
We are committed to a sustainable, economically strong, and livable island with liberal values, clear thinking, and great dedication.
Since 1956, the FDP has been represented in the Norderney City Council, with some interruptions. With Josef Ernst and Carssen Lührs, the FDP twice provided the island's mayor.
The FDP local chapter meets at regular intervals with its members and the parliamentary group represented in the council to implement the guidelines of liberal politics for the island.
